New Announcement
The Jamestown Colony Homeowners Association Board is happy to announce that effective April 1, 2025 RISE Association Management Group (AMG) will be our new Property Manager. Please go to riseamg.com or download the RISE app (QR code below). Owners of record have been pre-registered for an account and will need to click "forgot my password" to finish registration.
Once registered you can pay your annual assessment, submit a property improvement request, or report an issue, among other things. Our goal is to get contact information from every homeowner in our community so we can stay in constant contact.

Located in one of the most in demand areas in Houston Texas, close to the Energy Corridor, Jamestown Colony is ideal for anyone seeking a serene lifestyle. Since 1975, we’ve grown into a mature and prestigious community. Here, privacy is respected and friendship is encouraged. Amenities
We have two playgrounds within the subdivision and access to a community pool with two tennis courts and another playground.
Our Schools
We are located in the Cypress Fairbanks School District. Cy-Fair ISD is the largest school district in the state of Texas to earn an “A” rating in the Texas Education Agency’s 2022 accountability system. Our children attend Horne Elementary , Truitt Middle School, and Cy Falls High School
We're conveniently located near the Energy Corridor close to 3 major freeways, I-10, Highway 290, and the West Sam Houston Parkway
