Per the governing documents of JAMESTOWM COLONY HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, there will be an Annual Meeting of the members on MAY 20, 2026, AT 6:00PM.

The meeting will be held for the following purposes:
1. To elect three Board members
2. To transact any other business properly presented at the meeting.
Voting Online: To vote online, go to your CINC homeowner account https://riseamg.com/my-account/ and select “Annual Meeting Vote”. Please follow the prompts as instructed.
In the event you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete a proxy and return it by mail to Rise Association Management Group. You may also return it by fax at (713) 348-9265 or email at wendy@riseamg.com.
You may also submit your proxy and absentee ballot online utilizing the online voting. The deadline for returning your proxy is 5pm on May 20, 2026. All of the forms are available under the Documents tab above and scroll down to Annual Meeting Forms.

New Announcement
The Jamestown Colony Homeowners Association Board is happy to announce that effective April 1, 2025 RISE Association Management Group (AMG) will be our new Property Manager. Please go to riseamg.com or download the RISE app (QR code below). Owners of record have been pre-registered for an account and will need to click "forgot my password" to finish registration.
Once registered you can pay your annual assessment, submit a property improvement request, or report an issue, among other things. Our goal is to get contact information from every homeowner in our community so we can stay in constant contact.

We have two playgrounds within the subdivision and access to a community pool with two tennis courts and another playground.
Our Schools
We are located in the Cypress Fairbanks School District. Cy-Fair ISD is the largest school district in the state of Texas to earn an “A” rating in the Texas Education Agency’s 2022 accountability system. Our children attend Horne Elementary , Truitt Middle School, and Cy Falls High School
